Business Mogul and Philanthropist Alhaji Abdulkadir Hamma Saleh Felicitates with Muslims on Ramadan

Renowned businessman, philanthropist, and politician, Alhaji Abdulkadir Hamma Saleh (Dokajin Nafada), has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim Ummah on the commencement of this year’s Ramadan fast.
In a statement issued by the Gidauniyar Hamma Saleh Memorial Foundation, he urged Muslims to use the holy month for total devotion to Allah’s will, in line with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
He emphasized that Ramadan, being one of the five pillars of Islam, should be observed with peace, love, and tolerance. He called on Muslims to embrace these virtues throughout the sacred period.
Hamma Saleh further highlighted that Ramadan offers an opportunity for Muslims to rededicate themselves to worship and strengthen their faith. He urged the faithful to engage in sober reflection, extend kindness to one another, and offer prayers for the peace and prosperity of Gombe State and Nigeria as a whole.
He concluded by wishing all Muslims a blessed and spiritually fulfilling Ramadan.

ADC Gombe Chairman Extends Eid-el-Fitr Greetings, Condemns Killings in Edo State

The Acting Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Gombe State, Danladi Ya’u, has extended heartfelt felicitations to Muslim faithful across Nigeria on the occasion of the 2025 Eid-el-Fitr celebration, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement released on Sunday in Gombe, Ya’u underscored the importance of Ramadan, highlighting its role in strengthening faith through fasting, prayers, and the recitation of the Holy Qur’an. He urged Muslims to continue embodying the virtues of the holy month, including perseverance, humility, hospitality, and good neighborliness.
“The essence of Ramadan goes beyond abstinence; it is about cultivating a life of discipline, compassion, and devotion to Allah. As we celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, let us remain steadfast in practicing these values,” Ya’u said.
The ADC leader called on Nigerians, irrespective of religious and political differences, to pray for peace, security, and economic progress in the nation. Expressing sorrow over the recent brutal killing of travelers in Edo State, Ya’u strongly condemned the attack and urged security agencies to ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice swiftly.
“Such heinous acts threaten the fabric of our nation. We must unite against violence and embrace peace for a stronger Nigeria,” he added.
He further advised motorists to exercise caution on the roads and obey traffic regulations to ensure a safe and joyous celebration.
“I wish all Muslims a blessed and peaceful Eid-el-Fitr. May Allah accept our worship and prayers and grant us prosperity and unity in Nigeria,” Ya’u concluded.
